STORE MANAGER

UP TO €60K

Milan Brera, Italy

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the boutique.
- Drive sales performance by leading by example, coaching and motivating the team, and implementing effective strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise store profitability and commercial performance.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, brand image and customer service are consistently maintained.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Head Office to implement company strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role within luxury or premium retail.




- Strong commercial awareness with proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Energetic, confident and target-driven, with a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
