The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex initiatives and delivering digital banking solutions and IT transformation programs. Familiarity with core banking migrations, compliance initiatives, CRM platforms and payments solutions would be considered highly appreciated. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. The position calls for a proven track record in the industry, a strong understanding of delivery processes and methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. /ppThe Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a client-focused mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a proactive, results-oriented approach /ppbTogether we do what matters! /b /ph3What you will do: /h3h3Client Management: /h3ulliServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. /liliUnderstand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team. /liliRegularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
/liliCollaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client. /li /ulh3Project Delivery: /h3ulliLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. /liliDevelop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule. /liliMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments. /li /ulh3Team Leadership: /h3ulliStrong management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills /liliOversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff. /liliProvide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. /liliFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. /li /ulh3Process Improvement: /h3ulliIdentify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. /liliEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. /li /ulh3Risk Management: /h3ulliIdentify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies. /liliMonitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary. /liliIndustry Knowledge: /liliUnderstand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector. /liliAnticipate the client needs and identify new business opportunities.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Skills and experiences /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
