/p h3About the role /h3 pThe Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our FB Division.
As a Manager in Training (MIT) - Food Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities.
Through this 18-month development program, you will gain the experience, exposure, and mentorship needed to become a future leader within the organization.




/p h3What you will do /h3 ul liImmerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our Food Beverage Division, gaining hands-on experience across multiple outlets.
/li liLearn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests.
/li liWork closely with leaders and team members to understand the operational, financial, and people aspects of the business.
/li liSupport the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
/li liDevelop leadership skills by assisting with team supervision, coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
/li liBuild strong partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
/li liContribute ideas and recommendations that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.
/li liGradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities within the Food Beverage Division.
/li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liPrevious experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or Food Beverage operations.
/li liA genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a long-term career in leadership.
/li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
/li liNatural curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow.
/li liA guest-centric approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
