Legga i dettagli completi qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura oggi stesso.brThe Quality Engineer will provide support to the product development team for quality assurance, resolving bugs, defects and other potential issues and ensuring that products meet customer specifications. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality within operations, ensuring that products, processes and systems meet the highest standards of excellence. Responsible for operating within the Quality Team to promote excellence in terms of product quality and internal processes, also collaborating closely with operations personnel within cross-functional teams.brReporting to the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure that all operations comply with established standards. Conducts regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to industry regulations and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues on internal or external NCRs. By analyzing performance data and generating detailed reports, the Quality Engineer helps monitor quality trends and supports continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.brThis role will lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurring problems. Providing training and support to staff is also a key responsibility, ensuring that team members understand and apply current quality standards and best practices.



Participates in the development and review of project plans and specifications to ensure that quality requirements are clearly defined and consistently met from the outset.brRequired profilebrQualifications Experience Requirements:brBachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required.br3/4 years of related experience required.brStrong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products.brStrong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).brExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills in depth RCA and quality tools experience i.e. fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D.brFull English and ItalianbrThe Successful Candidate:brExcellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail.brExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and problem solving.brStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.brFamiliarity with basic GDT and Lean is preferred.brComputer proficiency in Excel and Word required.brAbility to work independently and as part of a teambrCompany descriptionbrRotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.brOur purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.brFor over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
