Requirements
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines.
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, and compliance within a complex organization.
- Strong track record in managing HR systems, payroll processes (including payroll controls and audits), and employee lifecycle activities.
- Proven experience in managing the financial aspects of grants and producing related reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within international and complex organizations.
- Experience managing HR transformation and digitalization projects.
- Knowledge of multiple collective bargaining agreements (CCNL) is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to employee relations and labour law matters is appreciated, although the primary focus of the role is HR Operations excellence.
