Functieomschrijving Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Skin Health Scientist Work area: Pomezia Contractual situation: 12 fixed-term contract Responsabilit MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and support projects aligned with brand Support end-to-end development activities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure successful project delivery Perform hands-on technical work, support the manufacturing scale-up team, data analysis, and pipeline execution Utilize expertise in formulations, ingredient selection, raw material management, and cost optimization Translate product science into consumer-relevant insights Prepare technical reports/manuscripts, provide project updates, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to generate new ideas and solutions. Functie-eisen REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
Language Level: Fluent in English (written and spoken), minimum C1 level.
