Reporting to the Operations Director, you willcoordinate and manage our construction projectsforElectrical (LV/MV)discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.
Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
Supervising subcontractors,
Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.




Profile
With anElectrical Engineeringdegree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.
Recognized for yourleadershipand strong interpersonal skills, you combinediplomacy, rigor, and aservice-oriented mindsetand have developedproficiency in Italian and English.
Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
