/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liGeneral Accounting: Record and reconcile daily transactions, including bank transfers, cash receipts, andbr/accruals.
Maintain accurate and organised records of all financial transactions, ensuring proper documentationbr/for audits and reporting /li liAccounts Payable Receivable: Manage supplier invoices, payments, and customer billing cycles.
Processbr/accounts payable invoices ensuring accurate coding, documentation, and timely payments in compliance withbr/company policies.
Collaborate with departments, vendors, and suppliers to resolve payment-related inquiries;br/oversee cost control, purchase order validation, and property inventories /li liRegisters Documentation: Maintain accurate VAT registers, general ledgers, and fixed asset records.
Managebr/information systems and keep spreadsheets and databases up to date /li liReconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations between bank statements and the general ledger; producebr/monthly accounting reconciliations and support the monthly closing process /li liSupport for Closings: Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings, including adjustments andbr/checks /li liTax Compliance Support:
Ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and reporting requirements (VAT,br/LIPE, INTRASTAT).
Support the preparation of documents for audits and ensure compliance with accountingbr/standards and company procedures /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liEssential: /li li1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry /li liStrong knowledge of general accounting principles, VAT, and Italian fiscal regulations /li liProficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software and reporting tools /li liMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports /li liEffective communication skills to collaborate with hotel departments and external stakeholders /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines, both independently and within a team /li liStrong analytical skills: ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights /li liAbility to identify and resolve financial discrepancies /li /ul ul liPreferred: /li liFamiliarity with ERP or accounting platforms (SAP, Zucchetti, or equivalent) /li liExperience with hotel management software (Opera, Mews, or similar PMS) /li liPrevious experience in a multi-property or cluster finance structure /li liItalian language skills (useful for supplier and fiscal correspondence) /li liFluent in English — our working language and the language of our international team and guests /li liPassion for the hospitality and lifestyle industrybr/ /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liA dynamic and supportive work environment /li liContinuous Learning Development opportunities /li liComplimentary meals on duty in our staff canteen /li liEmployee and Friends Family rates /li /ul pTutti i CV devono essere inviati comprensivi di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in conformità al Regolamento UE n.
