To support the growth of the Compact Hydraulics business in the mobile machinery sector, we are looking for a motivated and customer-orientedSales Engineer.
The ideal candidate will combine technical and commercial expertise to support market and application development.
The successful candidate will join the Sales team and will be responsible for developing relationships with OEM customers and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Compact Hydraulics solutions.
Main Responsibilities Business Development
Manage and developthe assigned customer portfolio.
Identify new business opportunitiesand new projects with existing and potential customers.
Promotethe Compact Hydraulics product range and solutions.
Define and implementsales development plans in collaboration with management.
Technical and Commercial Support
Analyzecustomer application needs and propose the most suitable solutions.
Collaboratewith the Application Engineering team to define technical solutions.
Supportthe preparation and negotiation of commercial offers.
Managethe quoting process and the follow-up of opportunities.
Analysis and Reporting
Update and maintaincompany systems (CRM/ERP).
Monitorperformance, pipeline, forecasts, and project progress.
Supportthe preparation of budgets and sales plans.
Education
Degreein Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, or Management Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Experience
3-5 years of experiencein technical-sales roles, Application Engineering, or Sales Engineering within industrial sectors.
Experiencein the hydraulics (oleodynamics), mobile machinery, or industrial automation sector is highly preferred.
IT Skills
Good knowledgeof the Microsoft Office suite.
Familiaritywith CRM and ERP systems.
Languages
Excellent knowledgeof English, both written and spoken.
Knowledgeof additional European languages is a plus.
