BluLang Studio in Milano is seeking an experienced AI systems engineer to design, build and run the AI agents that power our conversational assistants across WhatsApp, voice and web. You will take an agent from initial prompt to production, ensuring safety, measurability and usefulness as real users interact with it.

You will own the six core responsibilities and collaborate with designers in Milano and engineers in Guangzhou to scale agents into reusable BLUbot and BPI components.
