We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to join our Industrial Engineering team and play a key role in the industrialization of new products and the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes. In this role, you will lead industrial engineering initiatives aimed at improving productivity, flexibility, ergonomics, quality, and operational efficiency within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, and Maintenance to ensure successful product launches and sustainable process improvements.
