We are looking for aCustomer Support SpecialistforSocial Media, focused on the Italian market.
In this role, you will assist clients with social media advertising inquiries and ensure that they have a seamless experience using the platform.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting clients with setting up and managing social media advertising campaigns.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to advertising platforms.
Providing expert guidance on optimizing campaigns for better performance.
The position includes comprehensivetrainingto prepare you for the role.
You will work40 hours per weekon rotating shifts and be entitled to holiday bonuses with a Portuguese employment contract.
