/p pAs our new bProject Manager - Systems /b, you will drive end-to-end Engineer-to-Order (ETO) system projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are achieved while strengthening organizational capability at our Milan Plant.

/p h3What you will be doing /h3 pAs part of the Systems Project Management team, you will coordinate engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing activities to deliver complex booster system solutions for customers across Europe.
/p pbKey responsibilities: /b /p ul liManage ETO project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards.
/li liCoordinate resources across Grundfos functions and the supply chain to resolve bottlenecks and achieve project milestones.
/li liMonitor and improve Quality, Cost Delivery (QCD) performance to increase customer satisfaction and support profitable growth.
/li liIdentify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
/li liBuild Milan Plant capability and readiness to deliver ETO Systems across Europe.
/li liEstablish and continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
/li /ul h3What makes you a great fit /h3 pYou are a results-oriented project leader with experience in Engineer-to-Order or complex manufacturing environments, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain and engineering processes.
/p pbWe imagine you have: /b /p ul li5+ years of project management experience in ETO, manufacturing, or engineered systems environments, with proven achievement of Quality,
Cost Delivery targets.
/li liStrong knowledge of supply chain coordination and manufacturing processes, including management of complex multi-stakeholder projects.
/li liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant technical discipline.
/li liProficiency in SAP, MS Office, and CAD software.
/li /ul pbIt is a plus if you have: /b /p ul liExperience in pump systems, water technology, or industrial equipment industries.
/li liFluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
/li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pIn accordance with Italian pay transparency regulations, we provide the following information: /p pThe indicative gross annual salary for this role ranges from b€42,000 to €52,000 /b, depending on experience, skills, profile, and market benchmarks.
