Indicative salary range: Gross annual salary of €35,000–€45,000, determined based on experience, skills and level of autonomy in the role.

Fom is looking for a Process Engineer – Machining to join the Process Engineering & Industrialization Department.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of machining processes, with the aim of increasing safety, quality, efficiency and standardization of production processes.
The role involves close collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Technical Department, Quality and Maintenance, supporting process industrialization,



the introduction of new equipment and the implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimize machining processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of safety, quality, costs and efficiency.
- Design production equipment and tooling, coordinating their development and manufacturing with external suppliers.
- Manage the installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment and production solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, SMED, optimization of production flows and layouts).
- Define, update and disseminate process standards, operating instructions, Visual Management systems and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to define production requirements and optimize department organization.
