/p pCPS Analytic Consultants within the Consumer Panel Service Team contribute to the adoption and application of NIQ Consumer solutions supporting to profitably grow customer Loyalty.
/p h3Responsabilities /h3 ul liConduct analyses based on CPS data in response to client business questions, transforming findings into clear and insightful presentations.
/li liAct as a CPS subject matter expert, explaining methodologies, key metrics, and analytical approaches to clients in a clear and accessible way.
/li liPresent findings and insights in a clear and structured manner.
/li liMaintain high standards of quality and performance while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
/li liPartner closely with CS Consultants, Insights Associates, and Sales teams to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
/li li1-2 Years Experience in FMCG, consumer insights, market research, or client-facing analytical roles.
/li liStrong analytical mindset and numerical aptitude, with the ability to interpret consumer and sales data, identify relevant patterns, and derive meaningful findings.
/li liAbility to synthesize data and complex information into clear and concise findings, with a focus on addressing client business questions.
/li liAbility to explain methodologies, data sources and analytical outputs in a clear and accessible manner.
/li liStrong interest in client-facing activities, with the ability and willingness to develop effective communication and presentation skills.
/li liAbility to work independently, to prioritize activities and manage deadlines effectively.
/li liFull proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
/li liLanguage skills: Italian (Native or fluent, written and spoken) and English (Professional working proficiency, written and spoken).
/li liFamiliarity with Generative AI tools and prompting techniques to support data analysis, insight generation, and the development of client-ready deliverables is a plus.
