Banca Generali (www.bancagenerali.com), a Private Bank leader in Italy in financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism, is looking for a Senior Digital Platform Specialist for its Milan office.
The Digital Platform structure has the objective to design, project and manage digital tools for the network of Financial Advisors, focus on digital tools supporting Financial Advisors and Wealth Management processes.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of digital platforms and initiatives, ensuring their evolution, adoption, and performance over time, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather and define business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
- Manage digital projects across the full lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, release)
- Coordinate with IT, UX/UI teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
- Oversee testing phases (UAT) and solution validation
- Monitor project KPIs and platform performance
- Identify improvements and optimization opportunities for digital processes
- Contribute to the definition of the digital roadmap
- Prepare communication, training, and release support materials
- Conduct benchmarking and analysis of market trends in digital innovation
- Monitor and drive platform adoption across the Financial Advisor network (usage KPIs, engagement, feedback collection)
- Define and execute continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and data analysis
- Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled digital services (e.g. virtual assistants, knowledge base).
Requirements
- Degree in Economics,
Management Engineering, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in digital, business analysis, or project management roles
- Proven experience managing complex digital projects
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Fluent English (written and spoken).

What we offer The position offers employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito) and the Company Supplementary Agreement of Banca Generali.
The starting gross annual salary is approximately € 42,000.
