Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a ICT Admin/Training Support. This resource will be working at our client site in Brindisi, Italy.
Job Description: Assist with training management and coordination.
Assist with training contract management.
Assist in monitoring the budget spent under Training and Telecommunications.
Execute the budget via the ERP System (Umoja), i.e. creating Shopping Carts, Low-Value Acquisitions or Direct Purchase Orders), ensure the services are fully rendered and certified, review the assigned outstanding obligations.
Generate reports.
Provide general office and administrative support as required (e.g. draft routine correspondence, raise requests for stationery and raise requests for maintenance of the SGITT Vehicle fleet).
Perform other duties,
such as processing telephone eBills or coordinating activities related to visits and events as well as the Communication and Promoting Campaign, as required.
Excellent fluency in written and verbal English
Knowledge/experience: Microsoft 365 applications and tools required
