KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop formulations and carry out R&D; activities in the application laboratory, using pilot plants and analytical equipment;
Manage customers from a technical perspective in relation to Texturant/Stabilizer Systems;
Identify customer needs and translate them into effective solutions;
Collaborate with the R&D; department to develop and implement innovative solutions;
Achieve the financial targets set for the relevant sales channel;
Develop local contacts and commercial agreements to support the company's international growth;
Support the sales team;
Identify,



manage and expand the portfolio of Key Customers;
Consolidate the existing customer portfolio and develop new business opportunities in Italy and abroad, both within and outside the EU;
Gather market intelligence and define strategic objectives for business development;
Collaborate with different company departments to facilitate the achievement of shared objectives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field;
Solid experience (at least 3–5 years) in B2B sales of food ingredients, with a specific focus on hydrocolloids and functional systems;
Excellent command of technical and business English;
Willingness to travel and a strong results-oriented mindset.

The role involvessignificant field-based activity, including customer visits, project sites and production facilities.
