Job PurposeSupport the WW Retail Merchandising Manager in managing the Bags business globally, ensuring effective product, stock and commercial performance across markets.
Act as a key link between HQ and local teams, providing analysis, coordination and follow-up on WW priorities.

ResponsibilitiesWW Business & PerformancePrepare weekly/monthly business reviews, reporting and performance recaps.
Monitor sales, stock and product performance, identifying key opportunities, risks and actions.
Support business planning, strategic presentations and the development of reporting tools.
Product & Collection ManagementSupport product selection and management across collections, launches, VM, Marketing, E-commerce, Pop-Ups and Trunk Shows.
Monitor product performance and consolidate market feedback to identify opportunities for collection development.
Support seasonal buying, collection debriefs and product documentation.
Stock & AllocationSupport weekly replenishment and allocation decisions.
Monitor stock availability and identify imbalances across markets.
Follow up on stock transfers, new orders and specific business needs.
Local Markets & E-commerceAct as a day-to-day HQ contact for local markets on Bags merchandising topics.
Act as a point of reference for WW E-commerce teams, providing product information,
collecting feedback and identifying commercial opportunities through weekly meetings.
Consolidate market feedback on product performance, client demand and commercial opportunities.
Cross-functional CoordinationCoordinate with Supply Chain, VM and other HQ functions.
Prepare meetings, presentations and business reviews, ensuring alignment and follow-up on agreed actions.
Knowledge and SkillsMaster's degree in economics
Work experience at least 2 years
Solid knowledge of Luxury and Product
Very Strong Knowledge of Office Suite
Ability to work in team
Ability to work by objectives; result-oriented
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of the English language (CEFR C1)
