Ermenegildo Zegna Group in Milan is seeking a Learning Experience & Content Operations Specialist to manage our LMS, courses, and learner journeys across the Group. You will support onboarding, learner communications, and monthly reporting, ensuring accurate records and user-friendly experiences.

The role reports to the Academy Training Manager and involves collaboration with HR, IT, and external vendors to drive platform enhancements and compliant learning programs.
