What you'll be doingSupport to the Remuneration Committee
Definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels
Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels
Support in compliance and audit processes
Who we're looking forKnowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
Knowledge of short term incentive system
Knowledge of long term equity based system
Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
Performance measurement skills
Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company
5-10 years of experience
What we offerGross annual salary starting from € 55,000
