Responsabilità
Understand market needs and industry trends via customer engagement, market research, technology monitoring, benchmarking, and competitor analysis
Develop and implement growth strategies to win opportunities, adapting models with regional teams
Monitor revenue, profitability, and BOM targets to support strategy and marketing reviews
Collaborate with R&D; to define product roadmaps and development targets
Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Assess RFQs and project viability to support strategic decisions
Support Sales with product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation, and go-to-market approach
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
3+ years in Business Development or similar role, preferably automotive industry
Technical knowledge of cooling fans and BLDC motors (advantage)
Experience with digital technologies, including Power BI and AI tools
Experience interacting with customers and managing RFQ processes
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English; German a plus
