Lever, Inc. is seeking a Lead QA Engineer (AI Native) based in Italy to join a small, senior engineering team building an AI-first product.
You will own the quality strategy for a complex codebase where AI agents generate much of the code, with a focus on reliability for critical financial workflows.
You will design the end-to-end testing pipeline, automate UI tests across browsers and devices, integrate tools, and apply AI-assisted testing approaches.
