What You'll DoWelcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease
Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations with confidence
Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what's needed before anyone asks
Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly
Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving
Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action
Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm
What You'll HaveYou have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus
You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
