- HR Systems, Data Management, and Reporting Requirements - Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines.
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, and compliance within a complex organization.
- Strong track record in managing HR systems, payroll processes (including payroll controls and audits), and employee lifecycle activities.
- Proven experience in managing the financial aspects of grants and producing related reports.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience within international and complex organizations.
- Experience managing HR transformation and digitalization projects.
- Knowledge of multiple collective bargaining agreements (CCNL) is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to employee relations and labour law matters is appreciated, although the primary focus of the role is HR Operations excellence. To support its continued expansion, the company is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and enhance its HR operational infrastructure, ensuring efficient, compliant and scalable people processes. This is a permanent contract offered under CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Level Quadro.
