Fora Solutions, part of the Master F&B; group, develops solutions for the HORECA and retail world. We are launching in the Italian market and are looking for someone who wants to build it with us from the ground up.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager with a hunter mindset: someone who loves being in the field, meeting people and closing deals. You will work closely with the Business Director – Italy and play a central role in launching Fora in Italy, both by developing new customers yourself and by managing the opportunities that come from our partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop new business by visiting hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés and shops from our target customer list in person
- Open doors, present Fora's solutions and close deals directly with owners and decision makers
- Manage and convert leads generated by our partner network, working with partners to make the most of every opportunity
- Hit quarterly targets on products sold and number of new customers signed
- Guide new customers through onboarding and go-live, acting as their main point of contact
- Build and maintain a network of local relationships and partnerships across the territory
- Support customers during the first stages of installation, together with our technical and support team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of field sales experience, ideally in HORECA, retail or food & beverage technology
- A strong hunting attitude and a proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Autonomy, initiative and the drive to work in a start-up phase
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory
- Valid driving licence (category B)
- Native or fluent Italian; English is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
- Gross annual salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €45,000, based on experience
- Hybrid working: manage your schedule between the field, remote work and the office, based on business needs
- Commission plan linked to target achievement
- Full-time contract under the CCNL Commercio (Italian national collective agreement for the commerce sector)
