Job Summary:

Our Production team is seeking a Production Quality Engineer to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing process. The role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, driving product and process improvements, and implementing design feedback to enhance manufacturability and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing incoming and supplier quality, in-process manufacturing quality, product reliability, and post-sales quality support.



The Production Quality Engineer also leads root cause investigations, implements corrective and preventive actions, establishes standardized quality practices, and collaborates closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and global operations teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards across all manufacturing sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and adhere to all company policies as outlined in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook and comply with all terms and conditions of applicable employment agreements.

• Manage comprehensive quality issue analysis and generate thorough Failure Analysis (FA) reports from a quality perspective.

• Demonstrate strong quality assurance capabilities, particularly in evaluating material data sheets and adherence to specified criteria.
