Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a Manager in Training for the People & Culture department in Florence. This 18-month MIT program combines mentorship, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure to develop future leaders within the organization.
You will work with recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and employee relations initiatives while gaining exposure to workforce planning and P&C; analytics. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.
