To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will act as a bridge between our software solutions and our partners (System Integrators and Enterprise clients). This is not traditional technical support: the role involves managing complex issues, supporting integration phases, and liaising with our developers to ensure the operational continuity of systems used daily by millions of users.
Your responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for proprietary software solutions (custom and mission-critical).
- Support System Integrators during system installation, configuration, and integration phases.
- Analyze and diagnose complex technical issues through log analysis, databases, and API/broker flows.
- Work closely with the development team (R&D;) to report bugs and improve the product.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and guides to enhance partner autonomy.
- Monitor the proper functioning of customer installations, ensuring compliance with Nomos quality standards.

What we are looking for in you
- Technical Background:



Education in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience in technical roles).
- Hard Skills:
- Good knowledge of SQL language and relational databases.
- Ability to perform technical analysis and troubleshooting in complex environments.
- Knowledge of Linux OS, MS Windows Server, Embedded Android.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical stakeholders.
- Proactivity and a desire to grow in a technologically stimulating environment.
- Teamwork-oriented mindset.
