Would you enjoy being part of a dedicated team that works together to create a relevant, memorable difference in the lives of our customers and employees? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Invoicing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing within complex organizational environments, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Manage the complete invoicing process related to the different Logistics services offered to customers, ensuring compliance with tax legislation;
Create and maintain customer profiles, including tariff setup and contractual parameters based on inputs from Business Development.
Prepare and manage reports to ensure accurate invoice allocation and registration,



liaising with the Controlling department for data alignment.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing invoicing processes.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within complex companies, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
Master’s degree in Economics or related field.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
