Are you passionate about the automotive industry and experienced in managing strategic customer relationships?
Mativ is looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team and help drive growth with leading automotive customers across Europe.
Location: Europe
Travel: 30–40% across the EMEA region
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in Automotive, Cable, or a similar technical manufacturing environment
Proven success in Key Account Management, Technical Sales, and Business Development
Experience working with multinational customers and complex sales processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English (French, Italian, Spanish, or German are a plus)
Experience in adhesives,
wire harnessing, EVs, batteries, or engine components would be highly advantageous.
Work with leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers
Be part of the fast-growing EV and transportation market
