As a Manufacturing Engineering professional at Baker Hughes, you will support the development, improvement, and execution of manufacturing processes for high-tech turbomachinery components. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, safety,



and operational performance, contributing to the introduction of new products, processes, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and cycle times.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and operational teams to ensure robust, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing solutions.
- Contribute to the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and technologies within the manufacturing environment (Production Cycles, CAD/CAM).
- Analyze process performance, production feedback, and technical data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, standards, work instructions, and process-related information.
