Role overview




The Sales Manager | InsurTech is responsible for the direct execution of business development activities to expand MindEarth's footprint within insurance companies, reinsurers, and large brokerage firms. The primary focus of this role is the active pursuit and closing of new business opportunities by selling geospatial analytics for risk, exposure, and portfolio intelligence. Tasked with managing the full sales cycle, the ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional dedicated to high-volume outreach, relationship management, and converting leads into long-term partnerships within the insurance ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining commercial relationships within insurance and reinsurance groups and large brokerage firms.
- Selling geospatial risk intelligence solutions targeting but not limited to catastrophic and natural hazard risk (Cat-Nat), real estate and property portfolio analysis, auto insurance and mobility-based risk analysis
