Randstad Technical Talent Selection is the division specialized in the search & selection of qualified professionals in mechanical, engineering and production fields.

We are looking for an Analista Tempi & Metodi to join a structured metalworking company, working closely with production planning and the deputy production manager.

Direct employment with a permanent contract, approximate annual gross salary of €40,000. The company offers free on‑site cafeteria and the remuneration package includes an annual variable bonus and a fixed premio of around €1,400 paid in welfare.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, with flexible start time between 07:30 and 08:30 and a one‑hour lunch break.

Place of work: Gambellara (VI)

Responsabilità

- Analyze production cycles and work stages (laser cutting, manual and robotic bending, internal logistics, manual and robotic welding, final assembly).
- Identify and set standard times via timing.
- Update work cycles and operating drawings.




- Optimize work methods and production layouts.
- Identify and reduce waste according to lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality and Technical Office.
- Support the industrialization of new products.
- Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, saturation, productivity).
- Propose continuous improvement actions for processes.

Competenze
- Technical diploma (mechanical/industrial) or degree in Engineering Management or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the metalworking sector, preferably in metal fabrication.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Advanced Excel usage.
- Knowledge of ERP/MES systems.
