Document Controller - €50 An Hour

We’re currently supporting a major global infrastructure project and are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join on a long-term contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale (€100M+) projects within a structured EPC / contractor environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

The Role

- Manage and maintain project documentation across multiple workstreams
- Ensure document control processes are followed and compliant
- Support contractors, quality teams, and project stakeholders
- Act as a key point of coordination across project interfaces
- Work within a fast-paced, large-scale delivery environment

This is a highly interactive role (≈70% stakeholder engagement) — not just admin

- Milan area (within 50km )
- Predominantly remote
- Occasional office presence (as required)
- 40 hours per week




- €50 per hour
- 18-month contract + likely extension
- Start: ASAP (within 4–5 weeks)
- Interview process: 1 stage (fast turnaround)

✅ Must Have
- Proven experience as a Document Controller
- Background in:
- EPC, OR
- Construction / infrastructure / client-side projects
- Experience on large-scale projects (€100M+)
- Experience with construction or procurement contractors
- Exposure to quality processes
- Familiarity with EDMS systems (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.)
- Long-term, stable contract
- Remote flexibility
- Opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects
