About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people‑oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team.
You will play a central role in recruitment, career development, HR operations and the day‑to‑day running of the office.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will contribute to the development of our people, culture and organizational excellence while ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process (from definition the hiring need and sourcing to closing), define the recruitment strategies to attract candidates
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes , ensuring a high-quality employee experience
- Contribute to training & development activities




- Support day‑to‑day HR operations , including payroll coordination and HR administration
- Support budgeting and reporting of labor costs
- Participate in employer branding and support company events, meetings, and special projects
- Contribute to ESG and Quality reporting : processes, job descriptions, procedures, and training matrices
- Ensure effective executive support and day‑to‑day office operations , including administration, IT coordination, and fleet management

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or similar roles
- Strong interest and solid knowledge of recruitment processes
- Basic knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes
- People oriented approach
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Fluent English required (French is a plus)
