ReachCentrum/ERM is looking for a Project Administrator willing to join and support our ReachCentrum team. The Project Administrator ensures accurate, timely and value added support to the team’s needs for all ReachCentrum service lines.
Managing the general info mailbox and related phone line.
Providing administrative support and being responsible for team meetings, ad-hoc team initiatives, event and conferences, preparing meeting minutes and reports.




Maintaining mailing lists and distributing regular updates to the team, monitoring of relevant activities.
Supporting the supplier’s contracting and related invoice approvals.
Supporting folder administration and access.
Archiving and filing documents.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
Proven experience as a project administrator, administrative assistant or in a similar role (at least 1 year).
Proficiency in English and language of office base, written and spoken.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office.
