ReachCentrum/ERM is looking for a Project Administrator willing to join and support our ReachCentrum team. This role will be based in either our Milan, Brussels or Warsaw office.
The Role:
The Project Administrator ensures accurate, timely and value added support to the team’s needs for all ReachCentrum service lines.




Job Responsibilities:
- Representing the team as first point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Managing the general info mailbox and related phone line.
- Providing administrative support and being responsible for team meetings, ad-hoc team initiatives, event and conferences, preparing meeting minutes and reports.
- Maintaining mailing lists and distributing regular updates to the team, monitoring of relevant activities.
- Supporting the supplier’s contracting and related invoice approvals.
- Supporting folder administration and access.
- Supporting document signature processes.
- Handling the website and electronic document libraries.
- Archiving and filing documents.
- Providing general support to ReachCentrum team (billable and non-billable).

The successful candidate shall ideally have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
