Shape the Delivery of Critical Pharmaceutical Facilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support the successful delivery of major pharmaceutical projects across Italy.
Working as part of a high-performing project controls team, you will develop and maintain integrated project schedules that provide the visibility and forecasting required to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Establish work breakdown structures, coding systems and schedule baselines
- Integrate contractor schedules into a master programme
- Monitor progress against milestones and critical path activities
- Perform schedule variance, trend and delay analysis
- Support short-term look-ahead and recovery planning activities
- Produce schedule performance reports and forecasts
- Ensure schedule quality,



consistency and compliance across project teams

About You
- Strong planning and scheduling experience
- Experience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or regulated manufacturing projects
- Advanced Primavera P6 expertise
- Strong knowledge of WBS development, baseline management and schedule control
- Experience integrating and assuring contractor schedules
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Italian and English
- AACE or equivalent planning certification desirable
