Key responsibilities define and evolve sponsorship marketing strategies aligned with brand and business priorities. develop annual activation roadmaps and leverage plans to translate sponsorship rights into impactful marketing initiatives. drive strategic exploitation of sponsorship rights, intellectual property and licensed assets across multiple channels. identify innovative audience‐engagement opportunities through content, digital experiences and customer‐engagement programmes. act as the governance focal point, reviewing market activation requests and ensuring compliance with contractual,



licensing and brand guidelines. support evaluation of new sponsorship opportunities from a marketing and activation perspective. collaborate with internal teams to maximise sponsorship visibility across campaigns and customer‐engagement activities.
What we're looking for proven experience in the motorsport industry. significant background in sponsorship marketing, motorsport marketing, partnership marketing or brand activation. track record of developing and delivering sponsorship marketing strategies and activation plans. deep knowledge of the international motorsport ecosystem, including two‐wheel and four‐wheel championships. experience with sponsorship rights licensing, asset exploitation and partnership value creation. excellent stakeholder‐management, negotiation and relationship‐building skills. fluent english (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
