A Japanese company in Milan is currently recruiting an Accounting Assistant to join its administration team.
In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, bank reconciliations, VAT-related tasks, and monthly reporting, while working closely with the Milan, and other European offices.
The ideal candidate should have previous accounting experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively in an international team environment.

Accounting Assistant Main Responsibilities:
- Support daily accounting operations and bookkeeping activities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly reporting
- Handle invoicing, VAT management, and Intrastat-related tasks
- Support corporate banking activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and European offices when required
Accounting Assistant Ideal Candidate:
- Degree or diploma in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting processes, invoicing, VAT, and bank reconciliations
- Good MS Office skills;

Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations experience is a plus
- Business-level English skills;

French is advantageous
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-p
