Do you have experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR administration? Are you passionate about supporting people, creating a positive employee experience and making HR processes work smoothly?
We are looking for an HR Generalist who will be the main HR point of contact for our Italian entity. In this role, you will independently manage day-to-day HR activities, supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee experience and Soft HR. Payroll responsibilities will be limited to coordinating with our external payroll provider and ensuring smooth cooperation between the provider and the company.

Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment, talent & HR Support
· Supporting managers and employees in day-to-day HR matters
· Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and supporting a positive employee experience
· Supporting employee engagement, development and company culture initiatives
· Coordinating onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities
· Managing HR documentation and employee data
· Supporting employees and managers with HR-related processes and questions
· Coordinating recruitment processes from identifying hiring needs through to onboarding
· Working closely with hiring managers and supporting them throughout the recruitment process
· Coordinating candidate communication and ens
