The Head of Function Project Execution Complex Projects is responsible for managing and developing the Project Execution organization dedicated to complex hydropower service, rehabilitation and modernization projects. The position leads a team of approximately 5-7 Project Managers and Project Execution professionals while maintaining direct responsibility for selected strategic and complex projects.
The role ensures the successful delivery of projects in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, profitability and customer satisfaction, both through effective leadership of the project portfolio and through direct project management activities. The position drives business performance, supports strategic growth, develops talent and promotes execution excellence across the organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, develop and coach a team of approximately 5-7 Project Managers and Project Execution professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and execution excellence.
- Ensure the safe, profitable and timely execution of the assigned portfolio of complex hydropower service, rehabilitation and modernization projects.
