YO AI Labs is seeking an AI Evaluation Specialist (contractor) to assess and improve the quality of AI assistant outputs for an enterprise training project. You will evaluate responses against rubrics, identify issues, and provide actionable feedback.

This role requires precision, independence, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks. Prior AI evaluation experience is not required, but strong writing and collaboration to refine evaluation criteria are essential.
