We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team in Correggio, Italy . This role provides day-to-day support to our Sales Managers and customers, helping coordinate quotations, orders, samples, customer requests, and international sales activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, comfortable working across different teams and countries, and able to communicate confidently in multiple languages.
Provide administrative and commercial support to Sales Managers, including quotations, samples, orders, and customer requests.
Act as a point of contact between Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, Operations, and other internal teams.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, availability,
and delivery status.
Support international sales programs by coordinating communication, inventory planning, and implementation across Seaman Paper production locations.
Maintain regular communication with selected existing customers in support of the Sales Manager.
Manage inbound leads from retail and European markets received through the company website and other sources.
Qualify and route new leads to the appropriate Sales Manager, distributor, or internal team.
Research prospective customers using online resources and business intelligence tools.
Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
Process customer orders and coordinate delivery information with the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and activity information in Salesforce.
Support prospecting and customer development activities.
