Colossus Digital is a technical provider in blockchain, helping institutions like banks, funds, and custodians participate in blockchain ecosystems, focusing on staking. Colossus digital created the Institutional Hub, a B2B Marketplace that enables secure, compliant staking directly from custody providers, such as Ledger Enterprise, Fireblocks or Dfns, unlocking asset productivity across multiple blockchains.
Role overview The Institutional Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with institutional clients, including custodians, asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions. Reporting directly to the CRO, this role will focus on driving adoption of Colossus Digital's the Institutional Hub, while ensuring a seamless client experience.
This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and institutional finance, as well as exceptional sales and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities Client acquisition and relationship management Identify and engage institutional clients, including custodians, asset managers, banks, and VCs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
Sales strategy and execution Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Drive adoption of Colossus Digital's solutions and the Institutional Hub.
Collaborate with the CRO to identify new market opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Product expertise and customization Serve as a product expert, articulating the value of Colossus Digital's offerings to clients.
Work closely with clients to customize solutions, including staking and governance services, to meet their specific needs.
