Moncler is currently looking for a Full-Time/Part-Time Client Advisor to join the team of our Store in Serravalle. As a Client Advisor, you will embody the brand's values through professional presence, refined communication style and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will guide each client through Moncler's heritage and collections, developing a deep understanding of their needs and building long‐term, sustainable relationships.
Working together with the boutique team, you will contribute to both individual and collective performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting customers and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Consistently achieve strong sales performance and business results.
Implement and maintain the Company's Visual Merchandising standards, ensuring effective stock management and replenishment.
Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of inventory activities.
Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, bringing positive energy and motivation while acting as a reliable and supportive partner.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in sales roles; experience within structured luxury fashion or retail companies is considered a strong advantage.
