This position reports to: Product Marketing Director Smart Building ITYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the growth and market positioning of ABB's Enclosure portfolio within the Italian market. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, channel partners, and factories to ensure the successful promotion and development of the product offering.
The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridYour main stakeholders will include customers, sales teams, distributors, wholesalers, panel builders, and manufacturing sites.
Developing and implementing product marketing strategies for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and market requirements.
Defining and communicating compelling value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market initiatives to support business growth.
Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborating with local and global product management teams to provide market insights and support new product launches.
Driving customer satisfaction and contributing to continuous improvement of the Net Promoter Score (NPS).Developing business plans and commercial initiatives aimed at expanding ABB's presence in the industrial, commercial, building, and residential markets.
Participating in customer visits, industry events, and channel partner activities to strengthen ABB's market positioning and relationships.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably within the electrical industry.
Ability to translate technical product features into customer-oriented value propositions.
