Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Sebbene l'esperienza qualificato e le qualifiche siano fondamentali per questo ruolo, si assicuri di verificare di possedere le soft skill preferenziali, se richieste, prima di candidarsi.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and achieve planned maintenance on equipment.Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date.Train maintenance staff to achieve cross functional expertise in machines, auxiliary equipment and automation.Develop Standard work, help maintenance manager in continuous improvement of efficiency of the department.Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime and institute resolutions to mitigate recurrenceAdditional ResponsibilitiesCreate, develop and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering teamProvide detailed technical reports about equipment status.Actively participate in HSE initiatives and promote electrical and mechanical safety.Ensure tools, parts and work instructions are available for predicted and preventive repairs.Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standardsInteractionsAll functional areas of ProductionQualificationsWork Experience and EducationProven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related roleExperience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement cultureKnowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic,
