ppAKC North America Inc. 350 5TH AVE, Suite 3920 New York City, NY 10118, USA /p h3Place of work: Lucca /h3 pAKC Advanced Knowledge Consulting, following its recent integration into the VISEO Group, is expanding its team to effectively address the international challenges that will further strengthen its presence in global markets within the Corporate Performance Management sector. /p pWith specific reference to Application Maintenance Services (A.M.S.), we are looking for a bSenior Support Consultant /b to join our Support team, with a focus on managing client requests, resolving issues through a ticketing system, and providing operational support on CCH Tagetik solutions and CPM processes. /p pThe selected candidate will contribute to service quality for our clients, collaborating with consultants, product experts, and internal teams to identify effective solutions and manage advanced support activities.



/p h3What you will do /h3 ul liManage client issues and requests through a ticketing system /li liInteract with product experts and consultants to ensure effective issue resolution /li liSupport training activities, minor enhancements, and on-the-job client assistance /li liParticipate in BUILD and UAT phases in projects requiring Support team involvement /li liContribute to the training of Support Customer Care Specialists on functional knowledge and Tagetik engines /li liCollaborate in managing team workload to ensure an effective and efficient service delivery /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pA dynamic and growing international environment, focused on consulting excellence, customer experience, and the development of both technical and functional skills.
